Shipping Policy

This policy explains how orders are shipped and delivered by Crystalis.

1. Mainland UK Shipping We proudly offer complimentary standard shipping across Mainland UK. Our collections are securely packaged and dispatched to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

2. Delivery Time Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. High-end, fragile, or oversized items may occasionally require specialized transit, which will be explicitly noted on the product page.

3. Processing Orders are processed and prepared within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing does not take place on weekends or UK bank holidays.

4. Tracking Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and carrier details will be sent directly to your email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

5. Failed Deliveries & Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Crystalis is not responsible for items undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Crystalis, we want you to be completely delighted with your curation. If an item is not quite right, we are here to assist you.

1. Refund Method In compliance with UK consumer regulations, refunds will be issued directly to your original method of payment once the return is inspected and approved.

2. Return Window We offer a strict 14-day return window from the date you receive your item.

3. Eligibility & Condition

  • Items must be completely unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all protective wrapping intact.

  • Due to their delicate nature, handcrafted ceramics, wood bases, and linen shades must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a priority replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
